Jesus Is Our Source of Strength In Everything We Do

God sent his only Son into our sinful and dark world to save and seek what was lost. Jesus saved all of us, and now, we are designated to be ambassadors of God’s redemption — going into dark, hard places to bring His Good News.

The Bible says:

“How will they be saved unless they believe, how will they believe unless they hear, how will they hear unless somebody tells them, how will someone tell them unless someone is being sent?”

The Vision

Motivated by Christ’s love, Jeremy Duke established Christian For Victims to provide a place of support and refuge for those affected by crime and crisis. As he envisions a world free from crime, he aims to collaborate with others to support people on their journey toward peace, hope, and security in their lives. He aims lead the community in education and abuse prevention.

Through his reach to expanded facilities and services, he aims to increase his capacity to help people in their search for wholeness and safety. He will empower people to build a life free from abuse through added opportunities in advocacy, counseling, support groups, and educational programming. By continuing his partnerships with other agencies, he is able to connect people to a wide range of support services.

With his expert team on domestic abuse, sex trafficking, and other crimes and especially how these crimes relate to issues of faith, he aims to equip the faith community to respond and acknowledge appropriately to these problems that do not discriminate according to ethnic origin, religion, age, race, or socioeconomic status. With the goal of preventing the abuse cycle before it can even begin, his team will implement and develop educational curricula to teach children and teenagers to recognize signs of abusive behavior and unhealthy relationships. They need to work toward the elimination of domestic abuse, promoting knowledge and change, one person at a time.

What We Do

The Christians for Victims organization serves to provide guidance, support, and resources for those experiencing tragic circumstances.  Our focus is on those who have or are dealing with the consequences of accidents and unforeseen incidents similar to our founders’ family.

The Mission

The goal of Christians For Victims is to invest and walk the journey of healing and restoration with these survivors. Victims have experienced so much abandonment, uncertainty, change, movement, and violence throughout their lives.  We would like to provide healing opportunities, stability, safety, and most importantly God’s love and grace.

We are an organization offering spiritual direction, encouragement, hope, support, education, and assistance to women, teens, and families who experience destructive relationships, domestic violence, divorce or separation. Through training, counseling, education, support groups, and concrete resources, we are dedicated to helping the community.
